Debates often take place within the academy. However, academic debates are notoriously inaccessible to the public, and the average members of the church are commanded to give a reason for the hope they have in Christ (1 Pet 3:15). Therefore, Cross-Faith ministries are encouraged and Bart organizes respectful public discourses on theological issues.
